Igor Scardua
Lic. Real Estate Qualifying Broker
Igor Scardua is the Founder and Broker of Record at Scardua Realty. He is also the Founder and Licensed Community Association Manager of Wise House Property Management, and the Managing Director of All Seasons Vacation Rental, the latter being one the largest short-term rental full property management firm in SW Miami-Dade (Homestead area) but managing vacation rental properties in other cities of South Florida, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. Igor Scardua has been working with Real Estate developments, long and short term rental properties in Brazil since 2010. In the U.S., he began renting his own properties in 2016, obtained a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license, and due to a successful trajectory as a Sales Associate, he decided to open his own brokerage firm as soon as he completed 2 years as a Sales Associate. As a Qualifying Broker, Igor established Scardua Realty. The Real Estate brokerage firm specializes in multiple Real Estate segments, such as, new and resale of residential properties (townhomes, single-family homes, condo, villas, etc.), income-producing properties, with a Real Estate farming area of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties (from Deerfield Beach down to Florida Keys). Wise House Property Management specializes in Homeowners Association (HOA) Management services, new homes buyers' walkthroughs, and home warranty claims management services to Real Estate Developers. Igor has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations (Sigma Iota Rho) and Political Science with honors from Florida International University and is working on obtaining a Master's Degree in Program Management from DeVry University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate at FIU. He holds several Professional Certificates and has provided services in management positions to large corporations such as Microsoft and the General Consulate of Brazil in Miami.

As the Director of Operations at Scardua Realty Elizabeth oversees the firm's operations, ensuring all projects are completed on-time and on-budget. We are the exclusive Real Estate firm sponsoring the largest non-governmental and non-profit Brazilian educational foundation in Florida, Vamos Falar Português (Let's Speak Portuguese). VFP mission is to propagate the Portuguese language and promote the maintenance of Brazilian cultural heritage among the children and adolescents of the Brazilian community residing in the United States. Their projects are mainly aimed at children and adolescents of Brazilian origin, but also extend to the other communities they interact with, who have always shown great interest in the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture.
