Igor Mattar Scardua
Lic. Real Estate Qualifying Broker, Community Association Manager, and Vacation Rental Manager
Igor Scardua is the Founder and Broker of Record at Scardua Realty and Hand Keys Realty in Florida, the latter in partnership with Victor Barroso Jr., a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer. He is also the Founder and Licensed Community Association Manager at Wise House Property Management and the Managing Director of All Seasons Vacation Rental, a pioneer in professional short-term rentals in Homestead and surrounding areas.
A Miami resident for over 20 years, Igor has built a successful career in South Florida’s real estate industry. His company, All Seasons Vacation Rental, manages properties across South Florida, Texas, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Mexico. Since 2010, he has been involved in real estate development and the management of long- and short-term rental properties worldwide.
Igor obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2017 and, after a successful trajectory as a Sales Associate, founded his own real estate brokerage firm in 2019 upon earning his Real Estate Broker license. As Broker of Record at Scardua Realty, Igor and his team specialize in new construction sales, residential resales, and investment properties, operating primarily in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Wise House Property Management focuses on homeowners' associations, new home walkthroughs, and warranty claims for real estate developers.
Academically, Igor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science (with honors) from Florida International University (FIU). He has pursued a Master’s in Project Management at DeVry University and is currently working toward a Master of Science in International Real Estate at FIU. Additionally, he holds professional certifications in IT and Hospitality and has served in management positions at Microsoft and the General Consulate of Brazil in Miami.

Elizabeth obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with honors at the age of 21. She possesses great multi-tasking and communication skills. As the Director of Operations at Scardua Realty Elizabeth oversees the firm's operations, ensuring all projects are completed on-time and on-budget. Communicates with the Administrative Coordinator and also with clients, third-party resources, and our real estate teams for most effective project completion.

We are the exclusive Real Estate firm sponsoring the largest non-governmental and non-profit Brazilian educational foundation in Florida, Vamos Falar Português (Let's Speak Portuguese). VFP mission is to propagate the Portuguese language and promote the maintenance of Brazilian cultural heritage among the children and adolescents of the Brazilian community residing in the United States. Their projects are mainly aimed at children and adolescents of Brazilian origin, but also extend to the other communities they interact with, who have always shown great interest in the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture.
